A supreme indulgence - each course of the Chef's Tasting is featured with wine or a combination including beer, sake and spirits, chosen specifically by our chefs and service team to explore something new with each bite. We love this opportunity to share some of our more unique bottles and incorporate a broad range of regions, varietals and styles of wine.
