Our Roasted Carrots come ready to cook in their cryovac pouch. On your stove top bring a pot of water to a simmer and place carrots in water for 7-9 minutes to warm through.
Remove carrots from water bath put aside. In a small saucepan place brown butter over low heat and stir to melt, be careful not to burn, stirring constantly. Once butter is melted, remove from heat.
Place Carrots on your favorite serving vessel or plate and spoon Brown Butter over Carrots. Season and enjoy
