Members of the Eventide team took a trip to West Bath, Maine, to get a behind the scenes look at Winter Point Oyster Farm.

Winter Point Selects are some of our favorite Maine oysters, produced by a hands-on father-son team, Jim and Johnny Hennessey. Their love of oysters and their work was infectious as they gave us an in-depth tour of the small aquaculture operation they’ve been building together for years.
